Refund policy

Your first SoilSense order comes with a 60-day trial, whether you rent or buy. If SoilSense isn't for you, send it back and we refund you.

How long you have

60 days from the day your delivery arrives.

What we refund

Everything you paid for SoilSense: the yearly rental, or the hardware and the app & connectivity fee if you bought. The original shipping charge isn't refunded.

Sending it back

Return shipping is on us: we email you a prepaid return label. Send back everything you received, complete. Normal wear from installing it in the soil is fine.

How to ask for a refund

Email contact@soilsense.io within the 60 days with your order number. No questions asked. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the hardware back.

This trial comes on top of your legal rights as a consumer and doesn't limit them.
